Warranties & Liabilities
AMRESCO products are warranted to meet or exceed the stated product specifications and to conform to the description on the label. In the event of a non-conformance with this warrant, AMRESCO will indemnify the buyer against loss by them in an amount not to exceed the price paid for the goods.
